Good treatment and without any problems, they speak a little in Spanish and the only thing you have to bring is cash for the deposit, then they return it to you as is.
The most reliable never the same car always new , clean you can’t find a fault will always find the best solution for your needs lots of cars to choose of .Airport transport regardless if the plane is late they will wait for you still with a smile .Can’t recommend enough, best experience the owners on one phone away no matter the problem .

I always rent the cars from Oltea, whenever I travel to Romania from the UK, on my business, and family trips. This year alone I've rented three times, and I estimate I'll have at least four more trips until the end of the year. The cars are new, well taken care of, and they have a great variety available. Quality, professional service!
We rented a car for 10 days for our holiday to GreeceEverything was ok, owners seemed nice and helpful at the beginning.One little thing that I noticed, price was different than website price list, but that just happens sometimes.Later on our journey the car broke down.No problem really, they replaced the car ASAP but it took 1 day anyway while we waited in the middle of no-where with 3 kids.We didn’t complain at all, we just considered it as part of the holiday and we tried to spend the time well.We also had some extra expenses with accommodation, towing, service, food, … and we lost a day from our accommodation in Greece.I estimate everything around 300 euro.But no problem, it’s a small amount compared to what we actually spent in Greece.Just to make it clear I had no intention to complain or ask for any refund/compensation.But when we came back the attitude of the owner was not very nice so I have to write this negative review.The owner was pretty passive, he was complaining a lot about the costs and parts he had to replace on the car, he asked me couple of times where did I bought the fuel from, like trying to insinuate that I bought wrong or low quality fuel, he just returned me the warranty and he was like showing me the exit, …So in other words he just acted a really victim and defensive mode, finally going into rude.But I understand, really. this is the attitude of any successful business in east Europe.What I would have expected:A bit of empathy, interest on client’s feelings or di/satisfaction. But that’s something you will not get from many Romanian businesses. Making money, making them fast and protect your money is 1st priority.I know is not either’s fault but as a business owner I want clients to be happy and come back or suggest to friends.I am not angry or upset, we had a really great holiday but unfortunately I can not recommend Oltea rent a car as a professional European business.PS. I’d like to mention that for the 1st car the second fuel pump failed, which can not be really my fault. Also the car had 200k km onboard.The 2nd car just gave an error about pollution system which again can not really be my fault. I had no instructions from the owner where should I do the refill, Ad-Blue level was normal.I have 25 years driving experience and I also had several cars of my own and rentals.
